We first met Mike when going through an open house one Sunday, looking for a home that would suit our needs & as well, have an in-law suite for my Mother. We weren't planning on buying right away but fell in love with the home & the view! Mike was very helpful & when we inquired on other homes with in-law suites to compare, he emailed us several other listings the next day. As well, he showed us what other homes in the area had sold for in the past few months, which was reassuring. After viewing several homes with Mike, we made our decision & are very happy. Through everything, we never felt any pressure from Mike what so ever. He was very knowlegeable & efficient, & attentive to our needs. He always kept us informed along the way, getting back to us with answers to our questions promptly, explaining things clearly. Even though I sometimes felt like a pest with all my questions & phone calls, he never made me feel like I was a bother. We found Mike to be extremely trustworthy & we feel we have gained a new family friend, who we hope to keep in touch with. Even though I can't imagine moving, as we love our new home so much, I will definately call Mike for any future real estate dealings we may have. To whom it may concern.....while browsing the show window at this realty office, I was approached by a pleasant young man. He asked me if he could be of any help. To make a long story short; I told him that we already had a lot in Summerland and were possibly looking at buying a house instead of building. When we contacted Mike about a month later to see if "maybe" he could sell our lot, he was still very congenial. In a matter of a few days, Mike had a price for our lot (that we were very comfortable with) and also a lead on several buyers. It took all of one week for a deal to be reached and again, Mike had everything arranged and the deal closed within a few days. We were very pleased with his dilligence and will gladly approach him again for another real estate endeavor.

I first met Mike when i was trying to sell my apartment by owner. I had many realtors approach me and try to get me to list with them. Mike dropped by one day and was very kind and professional. He showed me what my property was worth, what i could get for it, and what i could do to get more out of it. Soon after I met with him, I listed my property with Mike and never regretted it. He held open houses for my apartment every weekend and treated me as if I were a multi million dollar investor. I really appreciate all the hardwork Mike puts into his clients. A year after Mike sold my apartment I listed with Mike again and he did yet another remarkable job selling my townhouse. I believe i got the most out of my property and it would'nt have happened if it wasn't for him. I recommend Mike to any home owner or buyer looking to sell or buy property. He is very professional and courteous. If all realtors were like Mike you wouldn't hear any horror stories about people getting ripped off.
